10oz. prime filet mignon, charbroiled to perfection. Topped with a sauce of imported Marsala wine & mushrooms.
Osso Buco Cardinale
On-bone broiled veal shank, braised, then baked all day long. A diced tomato marinara with Proscuitto ham, fresh mushrooms, white wine, peas, celery, carrots and onions tops the meal.
